Although the report indicates an overall completion rate of 0%, the images reflect a different reality where the structural frameworks (shell and core) are largely complete in the photographed areas, and waterproofing and initial external finishing works have begun.
vs previous visit
Compared to the April 18 visit, we observe an increase in the number of villas with completed roof insulation, the completion of boundary walls between units in the central blocks, and an improvement in the overall site cleanliness.

Commencement of external plastering works, installation of internal mechanical and electrical systems, and completion of road infrastructure works.
