The increase in finishing rates (+4%) is consistent with interior photos showing the installation of ceiling frameworks and service fixtures. Furthermore, the rise in perimeter wall completion (+5%) reflects the finished construction of external walls for several units that appeared as separate concrete blocks during the previous visit.

Compared to the previous site visit photos, a significant number of villas have progressed from the structural shell stage to the plastering and white painting stage. Additionally, the gaps between villas have begun to decrease due to the construction of boundary walls that were either absent or in their early stages in the July photos.
