The images reflect the transition from the structural phase to the final finishing stage; the completion of the exterior facades for a large number of blocks is clearly visible, and the final features of the general site are beginning to emerge, supporting the recorded increase in the finishing works category (+8%).
vs previous visit
Compared to the previous visit, we observe a shift from open construction sites to enclosed units with fences and gates, and the completion of mechanical system installations on the roofs (tanks and heaters) which were less visible previously.
Expected next milestones
Completion of final road paving, installation of electrical outlets and internal sanitary fixtures, and final landscaping.
