The visual progress aligns with the recorded increase in finishing works (+4%), as the project transitions from the structural shell phase to electromechanical installations and plastering. A slight advancement in boundary walls (+2%) is also evident through the completion of concrete pouring for sections of the courtyard walls.
vs previous visit
Compared to the May 2026 visit, we observe an increased density of external scaffolding and the initial appearance of piping and wiring installations within the rooms. Additionally, the internal road layouts have become clearly defined, whereas they were previously unpaved dirt areas.
Expected next milestones
Completion of external plastering works, commencement of window and door installations, and ongoing progress on waterproofing for roofs and bathrooms.
