Progress reading
Although the recorded overall completion rate is 0%, the photographs reflect a different reality where concrete structures have been completed for a large portion of the project, and the waterproofing and initial finishing stages have begun. This indicates a discrepancy between the administrative updates and the actual progress on-site.
vs previous visit
Compared to the May 2026 visit, we observe progress in casting the upper annex ceilings, and insulation materials are clearly visible on surfaces that were exposed concrete in the previous visit. Additionally, there is progress in the masonry (blockwork) for the facades and perimeter walls.
Expected next milestones
Completion of roof waterproofing and thermal insulation, commencement of external plastering works, and installation of initial mechanical and electrical system rough-ins.
