Although the recorded percentage is 0%, the visual evidence indicates significant progress in the structural skeleton phase (concrete structures). Visible changes are concentrated in the transition from column casting to final roof slab casting and the commencement of insulation work, reflecting an accelerated pace of work on-site.
vs previous visit
Compared to the photos from March 30, there is a clear increase in the number of units with fully completed concrete structures. Blue insulation materials have also appeared on the roofs in the current visit, which were either absent or less prevalent previously, alongside an increase in the number of active mixers and pumps.
Expected next milestones
Completion of waterproofing and thermal insulation for roofs, commencement of masonry work (walls) for units with completed structural frames, and the start of initial plumbing and electrical installations.
