Detected changes
Completion of all concrete elements for the residential villas, with ongoing masonry work for internal and external block partitions and preparation of architectural openings.
Application of waterproofing (blue membrane) on the roofs of numerous residential units to ensure protection prior to the completion of finishing layers.
Commencement of external plastering and scaffolding installation for several blocks, with some units reaching advanced stages of white base-coat painting.
Progress in the construction of boundary walls between units, alongside ongoing leveling of internal roads and infrastructure preparation.
Progress reading
The visual progress aligns with the reported completion rates; the 100% completion of the concrete structure reflects the overall site status, while the commencement of plastering, insulation, and primary painting explains the 18% finishing progress. The increase in boundary wall construction (from 9% to 14%) is clearly evident in the defined courtyard paths between the villas.
vs previous visit
Compared to the previous site visit photos, the project has progressed from the structural casting phase to the building enclosure phase, including insulation and plastering. Additionally, most large construction cranes have been removed and replaced with finishing equipment and ground leveling machinery.
Expected next milestones
Completion of external plastering works, commencement of window and door installations, and intensification of internal electrical and mechanical piping works.
