Although the officially recorded percentage is 0%, the images reflect a different reality where structural framework exceeds 80% in some areas, and insulation works have actually begun. The zero percentage may be due to unapproved payment certificates or a delay in system updates.
vs previous visit
Compared to the April visit, we observe a clear increase in the number of units with roof insulation completed, the completion of concrete structures for blocks that were under construction during the previous visit, and an improvement in general site organization and equipment movement.
Expected next milestones
Commencement of external plastering works, window installation, and the completion of basic utility installations (electricity and plumbing) inside the units.
